| Order Policy: The Gibson Holders products offered on this web site are offered as retail sales only. Please contact us for business-to-business and quantity purchases. Return Policy: In the event that you have a return, please call us at 1-800-444-2944 or email us at sales@gibsonholders.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and merchandise return instructions. If the item that you wish to return arrived to you in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify Gibson Holders' Customer Service within 2 days of delivery. Customer Service will provide an RMA number and instructions on how to return the merchandise. If the damage or defect is not caused by a defect in the manufacture or workmanship of a product, we are unable to accept the item as a defective return. If the item you wish to return is not damaged or defective, you must contact customer service within 30 days after you receive the item. Gibson Holders' Customer service will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and merchandise return instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition (undamaged and in the manufacturerís original packaging) in order to receive credit for the return. Please do not write the RMA on the product or packaging. You will receive a credit within 15 business days after Gibson Holders receives the returned merchandise. This credit will be for the purchase price of the product less the original shipping cost. No returns on factory seconds, discontinued items, custom products and/or closeouts. Order Cancellations: In the event that you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately by phone at 1-800-444-2944 as orders are processed shortly after they are received. Our business hours are 7:00am ñ 3:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. If you want to cancel an order after the order has already shipped to you, please follow the procedures outlined in the Return Policy. Shipping Policy: Generally, if we receive your order on a business day before 1:00pm PST, we will ship your order to you that same day. If your order arrives on a business day after 1:00pm PST, we will ship your order the next day. In the event that an item is on back order, we will notify you of an approximate ship date and of the procedure to follow in the event that you wish to cancel your order. Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout and will be added to the merchandise purchase total. Transit dates are determined by the common carriers and are approximations only. Gibson Holders can not guarantee arrival dates for products shipped to United States addresses by U.S. Mail. Gibson Holders can not guarantee arrival dates for international shipments sent through U.S. Mail or common carrier due to U.S. or international customs variations and procedures. All orders are shipped FOB Eugene, Oregon. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Handling Fee Policy: A $2.50 USD handling fee per shipping address may apply when drop shipping to multiple addresses. International Orders: All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Credit card purchases will be charged in U.S. funds.
